Project Management
Having studied Construction Engineering Management at University, Rory started his career working for large construction companies such as, BAM Construction and Thakeham Homes. Rory has project managed a range of sites, with the largest delivering 139 homes, a nursery and a sports hall with a total GDV of £73 million.
Carpentry
Having grown up working their first jobs within their father’s joinery shop, Kieran then continued his carpentry career and is a master carpenter. Kieran now leads our inhouse carpentry team.
Conversions
Rory and Kieran have been involved in a number of office to residential conversions throughout their career and are always looking for residential development opportunities. Avebury will work to a total build contract value of up to £3m. Examples of past projects being Ansell Road and Vine Court located within Dorking, which more details can be provided upon request.
Extensions
Rory and Kieran work with clients to ensure smooth progress and minimal disruption to the homeowner, with Kieran having over 10 years of experience delivering residential extensions. A recent successful project in Newdigate saw the homeowners extend up to 50% extra of the footprint which was managed from start to finish.
Film Studios
Avebury are proving to be a success working within film studios, being a reactive contractor that can supply skilled operatives to assist with the setting up and fit out hitting deadlines and working to a high quality.
